Ground feedback, digital tools: How she helps 8,000 workers end their day safely

RELIABILITY

Yuan Yinxi + SP Group — Yuan Yinxi (right), an SP Group safety manager works closely with site teams (seen here starting their day with a safety pledge), to champion ground-up safety practices and ensure everyone returns home safely.

Behind Singapore's reliable energy networks is a dedicated team ensuring that every technical officer, engineer and contractor returns home safely after a day’s work.

From supervising a team that monitors site activities to holding regular dialogues with contractors, SP’s Senior Manager Yuan Yinxi and Group Safety and Health team help to instil a strong safety culture and ensure strict safety protocols are uphelp, in order to protect our people, customers, contractors and the public. Yinxi and the team also collaborated with SP’s digital team to develop the SAFE365 app – streamlining daily site operations and further enhancing on-site safety.
